Why La Gemella?
The name is a dedication to Maria, a twin by birth and a fundamental woman within our company. She has always been in charge of the kitchen at the historic Buon Padre restaurant.
A different, unusual place, aiming to bring a hint of internationality to Barolo. New spaces, shaped to imprint the change, tastes and needs of customers.

Our Philosophy
Our proposal is a contemporary style where traditional dishes are relocated to current cuisine.
The wine selection personally curated by the Viberti family has over a thousand references. Territorial labels account for more than half of the entire wine list, while the Italian boot with some foreign selections is well represented by its territories.
Native and non-native varieties were selected, as well as the individual stylistic interpretations of producers.
A pleasant place where simple wine enthusiasts and more refined palates find a home.
